Description

Keep the strength but add some length when you pair GUNI Heavy Duty (HD) Extensions with GUNI Heavy Duty Automotive Ramps. Nested together, this two-piece system nearly doubles the ramp’s approach length without compromising stability or capacity. The ramp and the extension are available to purchase separately or in a complete kit.

Both components are made from welded high-density polyethylene. Thanks to the durable thermoplastic polymer, these ramps increase safety for automotive professionals around the shop and tow operators out in the field. The reinforced plastic easily addresses the growing concern of inferior ramps buckling under pressure during the loading process.

Together, the ramp and extension reach 74” in length. The approach angle remains 6°, and the lift height of 9-½” provides enough clearance to prevent unwanted damage to low-profile vehicles, including exotic vehicles, sports cars and custom performance cars with low front valances.

Each HD extension measures 10”W to accommodate most passenger tires on the road today. Extension ramp capacity is 3,000 lbs. and when used in pairs, these ramps capably handle the weight of large SUVs, light-duty pickups and EVs, like Tesla’s Cybertruck, Hummer EV and Rivian, which can reach total vehicle weights of 9,000 lbs.
